Appointments
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the necessary paperwork.
Please arrive on time to avoid the rescheduling fee of $150 or you can notify us within 48 hours of the appointment to reschedule if the need arises. If you have a cough or are experiencing cold symptoms, it is advisable to reschedule your appointment.
Emergencies
In case of emergency or urgent medical problems, you should call 911 or
go to the nearest emergency room or urgent care facility respectively.
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards and cash. Checks will not be accepted.
